Sitting on approximately 13 acres just east of the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel on Paradise Road; this project is comprised of 4 high-rise structures, 3 condominium buildings and a hotel tower with residential units above.

The total gross area of construction for Las Palmas is estimated at 5,200,000 SF.

This mixed-use development project will include shopping, dining and entertainment along a wide boulevard that is open mostly to pedestrian traffic.

The program consists of high-rise condominium towers, one with a hotel component, with a maximum height of 550’. The towers will be sitting on 9-10 story parking garages with a commercial/retail podium/base and restaurant/retail on the ground level. On the top level of all podiums will be a pool, exercise and recreation deck as well as other amenities for the residents to enjoy.

The main parking and automobile access will be from the perimeter road, reducing the vehicular circulation at the building fronts.
